Dear Thola You have managed to restore my faith in Wimpy!!Well done girl!!After my last experience @ Wimpy King Shaka i was convinced never to set foot there again - but after conversations with John (the owner) and Brett from Head Office i decided to give it another go! I walked in this morning and was greated by Thola with a perfect smile, she took me to my selected table and could even remember where i usually sit and referred to it as my table.She took my order herself and i had my coffee within a few minutes, she dropped by 4 times to see if I'm still ok. This is why i'm glad i took the time to lodge the first complaint, I have to see the humor in this story ...I wonder if they have a photo of me up in the kitchen saying "BE ALERT HELLOPETER CUSTOMER!!" never the less it was awesome to have service like this!!!! Thank you to Hellopeter for the wonderfull service!! |
