| On the 20th Jan i logged a complaint on service received from mentioned branch. Although i had 2 phone calls from Wimpy I was not satisfied. Today i got a phonecall from John owner at the King Shaka Branch. His attitude towards the whole incident was amazing. John your comitment towards your restaurant is amazing. John gave me his personal cell number so that i can phone him if this EVER happens again!!!Well done John, we will soon be having a laugh over this incident over a cup of coffee!! | |||
