| Took the family out to Wimpy for supper, when we got there the table we were seated at was filthy, kids went ot play at the play area. Kids area was tottally unhygenic with a damp smell in the kids area. When we finally did get the food, my Mum chocked on her steak burger, the meat was so tough you could not chew it. My wifes meal was not tasting right. As for my meal I took one bite and could not bear to take another.We explained to the waiter that the steak was so tough you cannot chew it, his reply was we asked for it well done, I have eaten well done steak before. we tried contacting the store, my wife finally manged to speak to the manager, after explaining to the manager our ordeal, she insisted that this was the way Wimpy does things and that she is following the Wimpy philosophy. She was quite rude to my wife. My question to Wimpy, is your philosphy; having filty tables, dirty kiddies play areas. My family and i will never set foot into the Laudium Wimpy. Further they have no restroom facilities at their establishment which is totally unacceptable. | |||
