On Sunday 29 January we decided to go to Wimpy for breakfast. After waiting 40 minutes for our food we decided to leave as the service was terible. I then called the male manager over to our table to tell him to cancel our order since we have been waiting so long for our food. Without saying one word to us he then went to the waiter that served us and told her to cancel the order. While standing at the till paying for our drinks he just stood there. I then told him that the worst part of the bad service was that he did not even apologise for the time delay. He just accepted us leaving without trying to convince us to stay. He did not even offer to go and see how far our food was. HE JUST STOOD THERE. He had no pride in his work and did not care if Wimpy made money or not. It looked like Wimpy owed him something. He had no energy, proud in his work and his sholders were hanging and he had no ability to work with clients. Very dissapointed and will not be visiting that Wimpy ever again. |
