| I visited Wimpy at Sandton CIty yesterday, as I was in a hurry, & the board stated 3 minutes for fastfood. I ordered a bacon & cheese burger and kiddies meal (frank with chips) I was the ONLY person at the counter ordering the takeaway and the restaurant was about 20% full. It took the cashier 4 minutes to enter the order. I then paid using my CC. I asked how long, she said 10 minutes. I asked if she was sure, and she said yes. I then clarified that if I came back in 10 minutes , my food would be ready. The guy with her replied Yes, of course.10-12 minutes later, I went to fetch my food. The guy took my slip and disappeared for about 5 minutes. Now I was angry. The lady went after him, no one returned for a while. After 10 minutes, I see them coming back to me, packing the kids into a packet, no sign of the burger. THey had also not included the juice for the kids meal. I was furious. I left with out the food. I tried asking for a refund my money, but instead they kept trying to MAKE THE FOOD FROM SCRATCH WHILST I WAITED. Are they deranged? Eventually I HAD to leave, as I was already running late, no food in hand as they were still busy with it,. | |||
