ice cream disgust

Myself and 2 friends went to wimpy in jhb central on pritchad street. we ordered 3 ice cream bliss, 1 bar one and the other 2 crunchy cholocolate. the ice was disgusting, the colour was a beige colour instead of white. the melted into water as we had it on our table. we asked the waitress why we got that ice-cream she said she doesnt know , we spoke to the manager she advised that maybe the machine doesnt work but if we wait for her to clean and draint he machine she can give us another ice-cream, i mean who does that, which wimpy does that, that is disgusting service, the ice-cream looked and tasted as if it was spoilt. the manager just said of dont pay for it then went back inside and never came back out. if wimpy has that type of reputation, who would want to go eat there. just bcos they are based in jhb central doesnt mean they must treat people differently, we still pay the same price for stuff that we eatthere. i will never go to wimpy again
