Good day Some of my Friends and I were at the Vaal Dam this past weekend. 03/02/2012 - 05/02/2012. On our way home on Sunday the 05/02/2012 we decided to stop at Wimpy - Block House for Breakfast. (Blockhouse North 1 Stop, R59 Highway, Between Meyerton & Alberton). >Firstly when we walked in almost every Table was covered in Dirty Dishes. >We waited about 20min to have our order taken. >We then had to wait 35min for our Drinks to come once the order was placed. >We waited 75min for the food to arrive. >What I saw was there wasn't enough Cutlery for even HALF the amount of place settings that the restaurant could accommodate. The waiter were running up and down to get the dirty cutlery quickly wash it, dry it and take it to new guests. I studied Hospitality Management @ UJ and even if I didn't i could have told you that was no way a restaurant should have been run. It was extremely unorganised. Lastly it wasn't only our group that experienced such Bad Service. Everyone that walked into that Wimpy was cross and frustrated with the Quality Service they had to experience. Ive tried email them direct but no response. |
