The breakfast special I received from the branch had a total of 7 paltry chips. On comparison with the advertised picture I laid a complaint with the manager of the branch Martha Maullier. While she acknowledged that the picture had over double the amount of chips on the plate as advertised all she did was point me to the extremely fine print located at the bottom of the page claiming that there would be 'variances' in the actual meal received. She claimed this variance justified serving less than half the amount as advertised in the picture. After the manager refused to address the problem I phoned customer service where shortly after I received a call from Martha who continued to try justify this ***** as a 'variance' and that what I received was in fact a small portion of chips as advertised. Again I told her that she was in fact incorrect and that a 'variance' would actually only constitute either receiving a few less or few more chips than advertised but not less than half! A further complaint has been lodged with their customer care. I wait to hear back from them. All in all, a completely unsatisfactory experience. I won't be back!!! |
