| On 29/12 my fiance & I went from lunch at Wimpy Emerald Casino. My fiance received his meal before me. 15 min later he was nearly finished his meal and mine had not arrived yet. I went to the manager, Louis, to complain and he told me to wait while he fetched spoons?! I was left waiting a further 5 min when I eventually got his attention again. I told him I had been waiting now 20 min for my food & he seemd quite irritated with my "audacity" to complain. He then looked at the kitchen & SHOUTED AT ME that my food was on the counter. When I asked him if it was my job to go fetch my meal from the kitchen he AGAIN SHOUTED AT ME that it had just come out and then turned around & walked away from me while shaking his head. This all in front of a restaurant full of people. WHAT?!?! No apology, just humiliating treatment. I still had to pay for the full meal. I also heard 3 other tables complaining about the service that day. I do not spend my hard earned money at places so I can be publicly humiliated and embarrassed by the staff. I expect this matter to be taken VERY seriously and serious action to be taken against Louis as this is unacceptable. I have tried to move passed it I cannot! | |||
