My family decided to go for ice cream on the 04 Feb 2012 at Wimpy around 08:30pm. We ordered 3 Bar One Ice creams and 3 Waffles with ice cream. We waited 30 mins for the ice cream to arrive only to realise that we were only recieving the 3 bar one ice creams. The waiter did not even bother to tell us that the waffle will be abit late. We waited another 20 mins for the waffles and only recieved them after complaining. We had 2 small children waiting for their waffles for so long and eventually fell asleep at Wimpy. When the waffle arrived they were still not cooked and as hard as rock. Could'nt even cut the waffle. We returned the waffles and left. No apology was given or explanation.... Both Waiter and Manager were rude and clearly did not care. I will NEVER go back to any Wimpy in SA... |
