Visited Wimpy in Somerset Mall, ordered Breakfast. When the breakfast arrived it was cold- both me and my friends breakfast. We've mentioned it to the waiter-and no exchange were offered or compensation. I also mentioned it to the cashier. She said i must complain. I did...and anyway i dont have time to sit and wait again for food. I had a wedding to attend in Hermanus. I know Wimpy was extremely busy...but that is not my problem. If the kitchen cant cope with the volume- then Wimpy must stop being greedy and rather allow only a certain amount of people in their restuarant and serve them 100% quality hot food. They say that most people dont complain and just walk away -and never return. I think i will rather go and try breaksfast at Spur or anywhere else-where i always get a hot breakfast. Even more embarressing is that i invited my friend for breakfast a-a cold brekfast. ag nee man. |
