| This will be the second wimpy complaint. I went to Faerie Glen Wimpy for a breakfast on Saturday. At the door we waited to be seated where a waiter shouted :ella customer", and proceeded to show us to our table outside. As we sat down my friend said "watch they are going to forget about us". Which they did. For som reason the two tables next to us got service, even sitting with the menus closed on the table could not get the waiter attention. Another table was seated and received their order BEFORE we could even place our drinks order. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting and trying to get attention of a waiter, we got up and left. No one eben notices and when i brought this to the attention of the lady behind the till (whom i asked for the managers details), she gave me a look that could kill as if it was my fault that Wimpy has a lack of service. Wimpy used to be a good value for money family restaurant, but it has dropped its standards. Maybe there was another reason that we were refused service, i will never know since we never saw the waiter. Wimpy hsa just put a sour taste in my mouth. Please spare me the standard fabricated response you always send. | |||
