Unchanged linen; TV with only 2 channels working; air-condition did not work, pool filthy. All outside signage used 4 STAR GRADING SIGNS. When confronted they admit that they are not affiliated, but they still charge 4 star rates, R580 per person sharing per night! Owner asked me to write a letter with complains as she was not willing to pay any refunds, but I had to pay the full amount on arrival. |
