| I had a query regarding my application and required further information that the call centre agents couldn't't respond to, therefore escalated my query to the Team Leader. She was professional, courteous,and responded with calmness. She promised to review my application, obtain the necessary information and return my phone call within 30mins and did so. What fantastic and efficient service. Well done to Linda and keep up the good work!! | |||
