To whom it may concern I would just like to thank WesBank for the great service. We have received when we had a problem with Hyundai Roodepoort Dealer where we purchased the car. My most sincere gratitude to you, Mr Cyril Zhungu General Manager and Adele Buys Head of Operations and all the parties involved for the expeditious manner in which my concern was handled. The professionalism, sensitivity, displayed by you is most highly commendable. I do not have any words to express my Gratitude it's amazing, it didn't take more than 18hrs for WesBank to have a Solution to the problem. I call this excellent customer services, when you say, We know how, it's defines what you have done , you know how to Value your Clients, always have Solution to the Problem within a specific time frame. I do not regret being your client. I certainly will tell others of your outstanding service as I have done with my Fiancee '.I look forward to a prosperous relationship with Wesbank.
