I have been trying to sell my Mini and I have been struggling for soo long cause of Wesbank, it all started when I called Wesbank on Monday and I was told that what I want is not possible, I sent an email to Service@wesbank and still didn't get a response and I called again when I was @ the dealership cause basically I'm selling my car for 155k and the settlement is 220k, That simply meant I had a shortfall of 65k that's why I was calling to arrange the repayments of the outstanding monies. One of the correspondence asked me to come to the office to arrange for the repayment, I took time out my busy schedule I got to Wesbank Fairlands. I struggled for a long time as no one was willing to help I spoke to this lady on the phone when I was at reception her name is Nomahlubi (initially I was looking for Thuli Zama and she told me she sits next to Zama and Zama never told me to come to Wesbank), she was rude kept on interrupting me and told me to leave cause they can't assist. I couldn't explain that Zama is not the one that said I must come is the mail corresponded.
