| HEADLINE | Worst support I received from a bank...!!! |

My car was written off by my Insurance and the assessor asked Westbank for my de-registration documents the 10th of January so they can proceed with my claim and pay me out, he also told me that it will take 10 days to get the papers back from the bank, I only received a sms from Westbank on the 23rd (2012-01-23 15:15) informing me they will only now start the process and I must please allow 10 working days for the process, it's ridicules as the assessor asked it the 10th so it took them 13 days to start the process and another 10 days to find my cars papers so all and all 23 days from the time the assessor asked for my papers, and in the main time I'm without a car. I never had any vehicle accident claims in my life now that I have my first it takes me a month to get the papers from Westbank. |

| Not Impressed: I was phoned the next morning that impressed me but was promised the papers asap the next day and still had to wait a week. | |||
