Worst service ever

I sold my car and settled the outstanding amount as it was after the 25th Wesbank said that the debit order will still go off but it will be paid back within 72 working hours, its been 3 weeks, no one ever phones me back and I am not getting any answers!!! This was the last time that I went through them. Their service is unbelievably poor.

WesBank's reply is NOT true, no one phoned me to confirm payment. Payment's still outstanding from Wesbank's side!
Now it's been 4 weeks, their service is shockingly poor!!
