Worn documents sent wasted my time!

Wesbank sent the wrong documents for me to be able to transfer a settled vehicle onto my name. The proxy form and a copy of the proxies ID were sent on the same document. This is incorrect as per the Post Office the proxy form needs to be a seperate documents and the proxies ID book must be seperate certified copy.

This wasted my time as got to the post office, stood in the que and couldn't do anything.
