We just dont care about you

Wesbank's service is outrageous. I have settled my account and they debit my account as well. Now they having problem refunding me. I spoke to their call centre and this ***** Molephe spoke to me so bad, with no customer service etiquette asking me why do I want to speak to Jeffrey. I will never again do business with them.
