Temporary Insurance

Friday the 13th of January an Anthea Martin (I believe from Direct Axis) called me for proof of comprehensive cover - explained to her that I am on my way to Zambia for two weeks and will try to get the proof before my flight Monday Morning - the time wasn't there, so I left it for the time when I return - Monday the 30th Ive send her the proof, with my brokers detail - today I receive notice that there is a change to my monthly installment at Wesbank.

I phoned the Wesbank customer services and explained to the lady that I already e-mailed the proof [Email Removed] and that the Anthea also phoned me earlier to confirm the inception date (I referred her to my broker) - The lady at Wesbank service centre just kept on saying that they havent received anything and that I must send it again - upon asking why, the answer was that they havent received anything??? I believe my contract with Wesbank also indicates that the customer would have 30 days in which to confirm this cover if asked, before they may organise there own cover - how is it that with only two weeks notice they amended my contract one-sided.

Definetely my last time Wesbank will do business with me.
