| Hi. I have been under debt review for the last 3years. One of my debt review accounts being Wesbank for my vehicle. According to my debt review agent i need to pay x amount for my vehicle monthly, which i am doing religously every month. Wesbank previously did issue me with a summons about a year back which was eventually put back into debt review after me paying my debt review agent legal fees for defending the matter. Last week Wednesday i got a huge 2012 surprise which was another summons for the vehicle whereby Wesbank states that I have been paying short on my installment every month for the last year. To my surprise after finding out from my debt review agent that they reached a new installment amount in court the last time summons was issued but they did not inform me of this. If that was the case then I would have been paying the new installment religously over the last year as my car is my important work tool and i would not have let anything jeopardise that. I also strongly think that Wesbank is also to be blamed here as they did not once phone me to tell me that I am short paying and if I continue this my vehicle would be re-posesed. Please help me Wesbank,I need my car. | |||
