Proof of Insurance

On the 23rd of Jan 2012, I get a letter from GMSA Financial Services that they are charging me R103.22 per month, till I give proof. I was on leave till today 03/02/2012, when I called 0861000458 was told wrong department , they transfered me to confirmations and was told that I needed to fax or e-mail proof again and they put the phone down. All I want to tell you is that I am insured with Sansure TPO 23112 Santam
