No Statements

I am not recieving my statements, i have emailed you to fix the problem but i have still not recieved any. back in December i recieved a statement as an MMS and i never did request this service, i contacted you via email to change this and resend via postal ane instead you emailed me the statement. I am missing statements for July 2011, Aug 2011, Dec 2011, Jan 2012. i request that you post me these 4 statements and not email them to me. I file away these statements and require them to be original and not an emailed version. Please get this right.
