| HEADLINE | No communication / call centre promises !! |

| An online private finance application was submitted and approved on 10th January ; requested documents emailed through on 12th January. I called the call-centre on Monday 16th and heard confirmation that the documents had been received and that 'Warren' had been allocated my application and would be in contact. I advised the call centre staff member that I would be abroad for 3 weeks departing that Monday evening and returning February 5th ; could they request 'Warren' to contact me by email just to update me on what further documents he might require and any required formalities pertaining to the vehicle being bought. I have made 3+ phone calls from the UK since, being cut off, being put on hold, being told that 'Warren' would be in email contact by end of the business day and surprisingly that the documents THEY PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED RECEIVING had not been received. My wife attempted calling on my behalf but was rebuffed !!! Wesbank, I'm seeking a LIST of REQUIREMENTS to conclude an application, nothing confidential about that but clearly a 'rocket science' request !!!! Frustrating !!, | |||

The respective Private Finance management have been in contact with you to discuss the application status, as well as to confirm that we have been liaising with your spouse whilst you are over seas as initially requested.
