Between Wesbank and Direct Axis, three payments to a value of R1250.00, on my Direct Axis account was "lost". These were electronic transfers .This was more than 2 years ago!! All my other payments to this same account, Direct Axis reflect on their Statements. Apart from these 3 payments the account was paid off more than a year ago. During the last 2 years I have supplied them with numerous bank statements which reflect the payments, but they kept on saying that they can't trace it in their bank accounts!! Subsequently they handed me over to Norman Bisset who also could not resolve the matter. Norman Bisset passed it back to Wesbank. Their Louise Jacobs requested me to get transfer trace numbers from my bank. This was faxed to her almost 2 weeks ago. After no responses I followed up on the Status Quo last week Friday. Her e-mail back promised an answer yesterday afternoon. No answer was received. I have a perception of probable ***** of my money! Please assist! Please assist |
