| I needed a letter from Wesbank to confirm that my dad don't owe them any money, for Mercedez so they can order a central locking system for his car , after they tried to stole it. They refused to help me, seeing that the account is not in my name, the more I tried to explain to the gentleman that my dad is 71, had a midfoot amputation and that it's difficult for him to do these kind of admin, the more he refused to help me. I even told him that I had a faxed letter, but that Mercedez required a letter on an original letterhead with a stamp. I wasn't even prepared to listen to me, maybe he just didn't wanted to work on a Friday afternoon. This is the closest branch to me, seeing that we stay in Delmas and that I work in Pretoria. I'm really discussed and will advise no one to make use of Wesbank. | |||
