| I bought a car last year Nov 18th and it was financed by Wesbank(Durban). My previous car was also financed by Wesbank(Pretoria) for 2 years.So I was told that my 1st installment will be in Jan 2012. It did take place but it was on the 17th Jan at 18:00. It bounced since I had insufficient amount in the account because I get paid month end. I did forward my payslip that clearly stipulated that I receive my money every month end around the 30th. So I got a call from Sandy Reddy the following day at 08:00 to remind me about my installment - I don't dispute that since it's her job to do that. I have a problem at the way she handled the matter. I told her I was unaware of the date of the debit date so may she please assist me to change it later for the 30th. The lady was so rude to me telling me that she can't assist me with changing the date since this is the first installment. I shoul've read my contract and understood what was stipulated on the contract.They'll have to repossess my car since clearly I am showing signs that I cannot afford the payment. I spoke to her Manager(PAM GOUDENS) and I got helped.SANDY REDDY is taking WESBANK's name down the drain if she is like this to ALL. | |||
