| Today I recieved a call from the rudest person to walk the face of the earth MATTHEW MONISSA!!! FROM Collection Solutions! WHAT A POMPOUS PUNK! how dare he call me with that terrible attitude when he has all his facts wrong! who does he think he is talking to me in that manner!! and now that I am questioning the so called "outstanding account" he has stopped answering my emails. I want to know how wesbank got my details so messed up! talking over me when I am asking questions... I will not allow WESBANK to tarnish my credit record due to their negligence!! I require answers hereto and some one with some calibre to contact me to get this matter resolved. I suggest that MATTHEW MONISSA get some training on his putrid behaviour as manners is something he does not even have! I'm absolutely disgusted, I refuse to be treated this way | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: IT MUST B GROUNDHOGS DAY!!!Today is the 10th & its STILL not sorted out. I can hardly believe the rubbish I'm being fed regarding my complaint! Pritesh Rajput, the feedback you are giving me telephonically is utter *** & the fact you are not putting your words on black &white lets me know YOU know, you are ************ me. I have never in my life heard IT gives a response about a FINANCE enquiry. Some how you have the impression that I am a joke well Im going to pursue this like its FUNNY | |||
