Good Day I have a motorcycle that has been written off. This was reported and dealt with by Alexander Forbes. Wesbank sent me a Text Message ten days back., requesting time to supply the Natis form and a settlement letter. This is all supposed to be computerised. I can obtain the settlement letter on the system but the NATIS document is unavailable and now 10 days later NOTHING. This is probably because in two days time they can take another payment fromn the account What a poor show in this day and age Regards |
