You Will never Reach a zero Balance with Wesbank!

In June this year, I was retrenched. To my terror of not being able to commit to my monthly payments, I had contacted Wesbank and I had explained that I would not be able to make payment for the month of July but would continue my installments as of the 1st of August 2011.No-one had told me that I would be liable for any Debt Collection fees to begin with. The operator asked me when I'd be able to pay it, I had told him that there is a CCMA case in October and I will finalise the July installment then.
On 17 October 2011, I had paid my account in full. November's statement showed I had been charged for more DCA charges, the same day I settled my account.

I called the call centre on 22 November and I was told that a DCA should not have been charged because I had made an arrangement to pay and I should speak to collections about it. A Surita in collections, who was so rude, told me she couldn't help me and put me back through to customer services. I then contacted collections directly and a sweet gentleman named Calvin tried to help but said I should contact Belinda, his supervisor. Her phone either rings or its engaged.

I want to settle my account! Why is it so hard to??
