I was involved in a accident an hospitalised, as I am a contract worker I rely on my health to work I knew I was in trouble. Due to this I fell behind on my payments with most of my creditors. Out of hospital I phoned all my creditors including Wesbank, this is where I was met with hostility and threats of lawyers and being blacklisted. I was in arreers with two months premiums, I could however make monthly premiums from there. I begged and pleaded for assistance from Wesbank but still with the same attitude, money or nothing. The threats went on for three months about debt collectors and extra fees incured. A month ago I was informed of a policy that is coupled with my account that can assist just in a situation like this. WHY does it take three months of extortion before being assisted? This just shows the caracter of Wesbank, BEING money hungry! If Wesbank were to assist rather than Extort money out of its clients, and the policy being utilised Wesbank could have had its money and I would not have had extra cost added onto my account. |
