| On 19/10/2011 I instructed Wesbank to increase my monthly premium to R3000 and duly got an email response from them confirming that the new amount will be debited. That never happened and again I instructed Wesbank to debit my account with the new amount of R3000. They still sent me an email confirming that I will be debited with the new amount on 25/11/2011. Needless to say, this never took place. Wesbank is extremely reluctant to increase my monthly premium. Wesbank knows that I am just a small fry and should i join another financial institution then they won't miss me. I rue the day I applied for vehicle financing from Wesbank but this is one mistake my family, friends and I will never repeat. | |||

| Quite Impressed: Wesbank resolved this issue. In future it would be appreciated if they can own up to their incompetence and just admit their mistakes. It's a pity it took a complaint via Hellopeter for this issue to be resolved. I will never do business with Wesbank again. | |||
