SHOCKING SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

Good Morning . I have been paying the instalments on my company vehicle for the last 4 and half years . Our country and the economy have been through a very tough time and are still in tough times . We have been batteling for some time to keep up todate on our instalments . I now have 5 instalments left . For the last couple of months i have paid every month at least an instalment . I know i am in arrers but all i ask is that somebody can assist me get over this crisses . They now want to reposes the vehicle as i still have an otstanding amount . I have tried on numerouse occasions to to either extended the contract by the two outstanding amounts are divid the amount over the remaining 5 months but the lady i deal with at Wesbank has such attitude including her manager . The only reason they now want to repose the vehicle is because they can make money on a vehicle valued at over R 300 000 . 00 and reposes it for R 80 000 . 00 PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME AS I DONT BELIVE WESBANK WANT TO BECOME THE LARGEST SECOND HAND CAR LOT IN THE COUNTRY .

Quite Impressed: Good Morning Hellopeter

I would like to thank you for this facility as i got  a call from Wesbank within 6 hours and an arrangment has now been made . An Arrangment that they couldent make before is now possible . The manager that phoned was exceptionaly helpfull and i thank Wesbank for there efforts in particular the manager Riccardo .
