NO REPLY TO EMAIL

I have not received this month's Statement for Mark Bromage in the post so emailed the Accounts Department on Thursday 15th December and have still not received a reply from them. Had to pay the Account without a Statement. Once before the Statements stopped being posted and I went through so much hassle to get this sorted out.
