Account no: 85165153720 Wesbank just has no sympathy. I have held an account with Wesbank for over two years, and not once during that time have I defaulted. Unfortunately earlier this year and due to unforseen circumstances, I lost my job and ran into a bit of difficulty making payments for my vehicle. I did my best to try and keep up with payments but just could not as I had no income, therefore my account became in arrears. I try and manage to pay my montly instalment but just cant seem to catch up with the arrear amount due to the high interest being charged, together with the collection commission. I have called the call centre and tried speaking to the consultants, who have no empathy and who have not knowledge to assist going forward. When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was told that all were on leave and no one was available to help. If the interest could by cut I can then pay the arrears and get my account back on track. Its shameful that Wesbank cannont help client's in need. |
