I purchase a second vehicle for my wife and decided to use Wesbank since I received good service from them before. Purchasing a second hand vehicle needs more of admin that is understandable to ensure the vehicle has not been stolen, paid off and does not have any serious problem's, but therefore Wesbank uses Chocolate Finance to ensure that. You have to pay Wesbank and Chocolate Finance an admin fee, then you have to mail or fax both Wesbank and Chocolate your pay slip, proof of residence and ID. The seller has to pay the AA for a inspection on the vehicle. I phoned them so many times to ensure that my documents are ledge able and what more they need, left messages where they never return my calls, being put through to the respective person and then just dropped call. The seller herself had to phone to find out what the delay is to find out four days later that the documents she faxed through was faxed to the wrong number supplied by them. You pay them for a service you just don't get. After complaining about it they came back to me to tell me they sorry and they traced were the problem was and that they will come back to me. That is now 3 months later and I'm still waiting. |
