| I received an invitation to apply for a Wesbank Credit Card quite a few times in the post as Im a loyal Wesbank Motor finance customer. I eventually go online on the 02 November and got a provisional acceptance after filling out the forms and faxing requested documents, since then I have had no feedback despite having phoned numerous times to the call centre, each time I do they ask me for more documentation but nobody would call and ask for the information upfront. Todate I have not received feedback from them,when I called today the consultant just said fax your bank statements because we cannot see a date on your payslip!!! How about you phone my employer and confirm employment, that should be a good starting point!! Then you can also confirm my salary and all the other stuff that you waiting for. Whats the point of sending out invitation to customers if you don't have capable staff of assisting potential customers!! Very frustrated with the clear lack of interest, well I guess you lose business then! | |||

| Quite Impressed: I was contacted via sms on the 18/11 with an apology and to advise the account will be opened urgenlty and urgent delivery of the card will happen. To be honest I did'nt really think it would but received another sms on the 23/11 to say the card is at the branch watiing to be delivered. Im very impressed and greatful that you listened to a customer and provided prompt and efficient results. Well done and thank you. | |||
