| My mothers can is in arrears. Her monthly instalment is R2200.00 per month and the outstanding balance is R100 000.00. She offered Wesbank R10 000.00 per month but they refuse to accept the offer. She now has a full time job etc. Nobody as Wesbank is prepared to assist. | |||

Hello sante, Thank you for your complaint. We have liaised directly with our customer regarding the matter and a final offer has been communicated to her regarding the outstanding arrear amount.
