Rated Wesbank's service as great the last couple of times when dealing with their call center. However, until two weeks ago I was a client, re-applied for finance on a new car, and suddenly the interest rate is 2% higher, how is that for rewarding your client for brand loyalty?? The car is a better deal than the previous vehicle, I am in a better financial situation etc etc, still no leniency and that personal touch: reply on why the high interest rate, ANSWER was "that's what the system says". I am not a system, I don't want to apply for services where a system dictates the person.. Revise my quote and supply a fair and better interest rate and I will gladly change this complaint into a compliment, like I used to speak of about Wesbank Finance.. Don't underestimate word of mouth. Regards, Stephan |

Wesbank contacted me and supplied me with the same interest rate as the previous deal. Just had to follow up a couple of times on the deal to get it finalized. Regards |
