| The online app was already approved on Fri 16/12/2011, it clearly state somebody will call within six hours to completed, accpeted it was a public holiday, i thought somebody would call on saturday or latest monday. Furthermore it says the person will ask for documents. Not to say the least no one called. After numerous e-mails this morning I get an e-mail from Wesbank requesting the documents. This is a week later. The settlement has already expired and the dealer now wants to release the vehicle to another buyer. With Chrismas weekend staring in the eye obviously this is not going to be completed. Something is going wron in wesbank because I always had good service from them but this just stinks!!! | |||
