I signed a contract with Webmail Around October 2010. In About march 2011, my debit order was returned (My Fault). My advertising (a website) was terminated, never to appear again. In about June 2010, I wrote them an email, requesting certain information, but was ignored totally. I have mailed them (sue, Edna and Natalie) more than once after that, requesting at least acknowledgement of receipt of the emails, but to no avail. I want to make the following known about this Unprofessional, Unethical, Unlawful, Dishonourable bunch of people who do not even have the right to be in business: 1. They make promises that they cannot keep about the hits on this website. 2. I have tried (while my website was still up and running) to see my banner once, but after endless hours and more than one person helping, I never saw it. When I queried it, I was simply told that the website does display. 3. They poinblank refused to answer any queries I had, and natalie screamed at me, interrupted me and still have not returned my mails. NEVER ADVERTISE WITH WEBMAIL!! You will have more fairness in dealing with the MAFIA. No Wonder there are so many complaints about these clowns!!!! |
