| I was contacted by telesales agent for marketing my business on the web. The sales agent pitched at my offices and asked if they can do e-mail marketing campaign. I completed a form in the name of the business. At no stage whatsover did the agent disclose that I am signing personal surety on behalf of the company and that my personal credit records would be affected. At no stage did the agent disclose to me that the contract could not be cancelled. I cancelled the contract by sending e-mail as I never provided my company information to draft the adverts. I further never received any invoices or statements from Webmail stating that my account is in arrears or that monies were due. When I applied for finance in my personal capacity I was rejected due to default payment. On enquiry from TransUnion I was informed that I had a default in my personal capacity issued by WEBMAIL. I contacted Debbie Nell. I was told by Debbie Nell that I cant read. She said I never paid the penalty cancellation fee. Debbie boasted about how good their contracts were and many people reported them to hello peter and even the consumer protection board. THEIR CONTRACTS ARE BULLETPROOF! WARNING KEEP AWAY! | |||
