HEADLINE	WEBMAIL acts unlawful!
After numerous requests for information such as a complete statement of my account over the past couple of months, I still have received nothing, apart from a rotten attitude by Natalie, who promised to reply to my requests, and one week later..... still nothing. I should have expected it from someone shouting at a customer!! I will now, publish all correspondence in the public domain, and in the course of the next couple of weeks I will communicate the service or lack thereof to all I know. It seems that WEBMAIL and their employees think they can do anything to anyone, and if I look at the number of complaints on this site, it is no wonder that I am not getting anywhere with this lot. In my telephone conversation with natalie just over a week ago, she implied that their so-called contract with me (and all other customers by the sound of it) supercedes all law of this country. Be it known that my next step is to communicate with tem by REGISTERED MAIL, and if they fail to respond, my only recourse will be legal action. It is very doubtful if they will respond, but I will give it a shot anyways. Add a new Webmail Report Inappropriate report?
