PATHETIC SERVICE

I have a contract with webmail international. Their accounts division has NO idea how to do their jobs. Last month they did an UNAUTHORIZED debit which put my account into overdraft. I had needed money that evening and could not get access to any money because of that debit. The next day they had put the money back but an overdraft fee was still remaining. They have NOT yet credited me for the overdraft fee but they have debited me for payment of August 2011 and just 3 days ago i recieve an email stating that i have not paid for August 2011 and that i am in arrears. Service doesn't get anymore poor than this!
