Cannot access my Webmail page. Have requested assistance at least 8 times on Webmail website but had no acknowledgment, reply or response at all! I first noticed a problem on 20 December 2011. |

Not Impressed:
Not impressed at all with Webmail. They only responded once I had reported to Hellopeter. They contacted me on 5 Jan 2012 (3.46pm) and gave me standard information which I already knew. I also received an Out of Office message later that same day. I then advised them that this information was not helpful and they then asked for my password which I have given them. Todate no response. (Their website clearly states they require 48 hours response time. This is now 432 hours later!) |
