I ordered an ad campaign for my company, from Webmail. I was promised that my ad would be shown to a few selected targeted segments of Webmail email account holders. I also gave the email address to which any responses to the ad would go to. -Getting the ad designed by Webmail was a headache. They have no creativity or enthusiasm. -The contract runs for six months and you are charged from the day you sign the contract, irrespective of how long they take to design your ad. My ad campaign only started running 6 weeks after the contract was signed! - After my campaign started I realised Webmail used the wrong email address for the responses to my ad. After several phone calls and emails to Webmail they promised this would be rectified.... nothing happened! I got 3 or 4 responses to my ad in 5 months, so Webmail is very ineffective! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH WEBMAIL, RATHER USE GOOGLE ADWORDS. Webmail is the worst advertising medium I've ever used!! Their service is poor! Their stats are pathetic! The response on your ad is extremely poor! Their ad designing is poor! I've wasted R 13 680... Please don't do the same. BE WARNED!! |
