The agent selling me the product informed me that payment could be split in three over a 6month period. This was agreed and first payment was received by Webmail on the 24032011 the next payment was received 24052011. Now I am constantly receiving e-mails and faxes stating my account are in arrears and next payment should have been made 24062011. After numerous phone calls to them they now threaten me with interest. I regret ever deciding to use them as an advertising agency and consider my R5472.00 spend with them as wasted money. I definitely don`t recommend them to anyone. |
