About a month ago I logged a hellopeter complaint regarding service I received from Vodacom. Soon after I was contacted by Rashieda Jattiem that attended to my problem swiftly and professionally. A person was send to my house to test my signal and webbox. He told me that the webbox was faulty and I took it to the Soneike Vodashop and received a replacement after about two weeks.I am finally able to enjoy my webbox. Thank you Rashieda and thank you Vodacom!!! |
