| I phoned to enquire about the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1", Neo said that they do have two in stock and she will keep it for me and asked my id number. I arrived at she shop 20 min after I spoke to her on the phone. She then had everything ready for me to sign. It took me 5 min and I got my galaxy tab. Thanks Neo good customer service is very hard to find these days | |||
